• Bonuses must generally be used within 7–30 days — they will be forfeited upon expiry.
• A bonus offer may not be used more than once by the same member.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
• KU9VIP App reserves the right to modify the terms of any bonus or promotion.

All bets placed on KU9VIP App must comply with the platform's established rules. Any bet placed after an event has started will be considered a "live bet".

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• In the event of an obvious error in published odds, KU9VIP App reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed indefinitely, it will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules.
• Any bet found to have yielded an unfair advantage due to a system error may be declared void.

In the event of any dispute regarding the outcome of a game, the decision of KU9VIP App shall be final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on KU9VIP App:

• Placing bets through fraudulent means or using bots or automated software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to access another user's account.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability.
• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing bonuses.
• Engaging in threatening, abusive, or harassing behavior.

KU9VIP App may suspend or close any account at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice — particularly if:

• Evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation is found.
• Issues arise during KYC verification.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period.
• A directive is received from law enforcement authorities.

Users may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting support. A self-exclusion option is available as well.
